Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order is received in this condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If a return is approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.

All OMÉRO orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. As each candle is hand-poured and packed with care, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or product launches.

We currently ship within the UK only. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Every OMÉRO candle is hand-poured in small batches using our signature coconut–soy wax blend. Each fragrance is carefully measured, blended, and poured with precision to ensure a clean, even burn and a consistent scent throw. Finished with a wooden wick and left to cure naturally, every candle is checked by hand before leaving our studio.
