Return Eligibility

All candles are final sale due to product nature. No returns or exchanges accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders.:
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
  • Items must not be on our non-returnable list

We provide free return shipping labels for all eligible returns. No hidden fees or charges.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund:
  • Inspection completed within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Email confirmation sent once refund is processed
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item:
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return the defective item using our prepaid label
For size or color exchanges, please process a return and place a new order.
